Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC is a federal political action committee, connected to the not-for-profit 501(c)(4) membership organization Bend the Arc Jewish Action, that operates the pac.jewishaction.us website. Our goal is to support progressive candidates for federal office.
Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC does not collect personally identifiable information about people without their permission. However, please be aware that our site may link to a limited number of other websites and Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC cannot control and is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those websites.
To view Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC’s website, or receive any political fundraising communications from us, one must first become a member of Bend the Arc Jewish Action. Site visitors are thus directed to do so via a splash page immediately upon arriving at the website. Becoming a member is free and merely requires individuals to proactively opt-in to Bend the Arc Jewish Action’s membership via this splash or another similarly constructed webpage. Members of Bend the Arc Jewish Action are permitted to vote for one popularly elected member of the organization’s board of directors.

Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC endorses and follows the Donor Bill of Rights – created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals – a recognized standard for organizations that engage in fundraising for philanthropic purposes. Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC does not sell its list – ever. Occasionally, Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC does exchange mail lists with like-minded organizations through bonded third-party vendors. These organizations are never given information about our membership directly.
