You probably know a bit (or maybe you know a lot) about Bend the Arc.
But did you know Bend the Arc has a PAC (political action committee) where you can help elect progressive candidates and build the political power of our Jewish community at the same time?
Ok, maybe you knew about the PAC already. But did you know that Bend the Arc: Jewish Action PAC has endorsed a slate of exciting progressive leaders who are running in some of the most competitive House and Senate races across the country?
Check out our endorsed candidates, like Chrissy Houlahan, who’s running in the Pennsylvania 6th. She decided to run for congress on the way to the Women’s March with her father, a Holocaust survivor.
Whether or not you already knew about the PAC, here’s something that I think we all know very clearly: this November’s elections are our best chance to save our democracy.
The goal of our PAC in 2018 is to help defend swing seats and flip competitive ones to win a majority in the House, while expanding our numbers in the Senate, to serve as a check on the growing authoritarianism of this President and the GOP. Replacing Trump’s enablers is the best way to stop his immoral agenda, his scapegoating of immigrant children and their families, and his attacks on our democratic institutions. Our community has seen this before, and we know we need to do everything we can to stop this crisis.
By making donations to candidates through Bend the Arc: Jewish Action PAC you’re not just helping to win in November, you’re building the political power of our community to move our agenda in the years ahead.
The PAC is a powerful way we can electoralize our Jewish values. And as the only Jewish PAC focused solely on domestic issues, giving through Bend the Arc’s PAC is the only way to give Jewishly and ensure your political contributions are used to fight for the issues you care about in this country.
As Election Day draws closer, I look forward to working with you to make sure our collective progressive Jewish voice is heard loud and clear in Washington, and around the nation.
